Description

1. 2 eggs
2. Sugar – 300g
3. Flour – 400g
4. Walnut– 100g
5. Cocoa – 50g
6. Butter – 200g
7. Cinnamon – 5g
8. Raisin – 140g
9. Baking soda – 2g
10. Vanilla – 5g

Preparation: Whip the egg and sugar together, then mix them with butter, salt, baking soda, flour, raisins, and walnuts. Knead the dough well and put it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once the dough has rested, flatten it and cut it into balls, each weighing approximately 50 grams. Bake them in the oven at 170 degrees.
