Beef khaladetsi

Description

Ingredients:

1. Onion;
2. Herbs;
3. Bones;
4. Gelatin;
5. Bitter pepper;
6. Mince beef;
7. Salt;
8. Carrot.

Cooking method:

Cut the beef into pieces and wash them thoroughly. Place the beef in a large pot and add 1 carrot, 1 onion, herbs, and pepper seeds. Pour water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Boil the mixture well until the bone and meat easily separate from each other. Place the meat on a cutting board and remove the bones. Squeeze the broth and return it to the pot. Place the beef back into the broth, add black pepper and salt to taste, and transfer it to molds or forms.
