Description
- 4 eggs
- Sugar – 250g
- Honey– 100g
- Baking powder – 10g
- Oil– 50g
- Flour – 180g
- Cream – 500g
- Sour cream – 100g
- Food coloring – 5g
Mix the egg whites with a mixer and add the egg yolk. Then, slowly stir the mixture with a whisk for 3 minutes. Incorporate the honey and oil and continue stirring for 5 minutes. Next, add the soda, baking powder, and food coloring. Cut the prepared mixture into 3 parts, transfer each part onto a parchment paper, and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes
Cream: Whip the cream. Then, add sour cream to the mixture and spread it onto the cooled layers.
