Chocolate Cake

5 eggs
Sugar – 180g
Oil – 50g
Honey – 20g
Baking soda – 10g
Cocoa – 100g
Walnut – 100g
Flour – 200g
Butter – 300g
Chocolate – 100g
Condensed milk – 500g
Vanilla – 5g
Salt – 10g

Start by beating the egg white until it becomes fluffy, then add the sugar. Add the egg yolk to the beaten mixture and stir it in with a whisk. Next, add the oil, honey, baking soda, and cocoa, and mix everything well for about 5 minutes using slow hand movements. Finally, add the flour, then divide the mixture in half, transfer it to the cake form, and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.

Preparing the cream: Take 500g of butter and condensed milk, and mix them well together. Then, add vanilla and salt to the mixture. Layer the cooled cake base with cream, sprinkle the walnuts over the cake, and finally, grate the chocolate on top.
