- Sugar – 500g
- Flour – 600g
- Raspberry – 500g
- Baking powder – 20g
- Flavor – 5g
- Water – 300g
- Dense milk – 700g
- Butter – 600g
Prepare Kogel Mogel by combining 15 eggs and 500g of sugar. Incorporate 20g of baking powder and blend with a mixer for 7-8 minutes. Next, gradually incorporate the flour and thoroughly combine until it is fully integrated. Divide the mixture into 3 portions, transfer them onto a baking sheet, and bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
