Eggplant roll with walnut

Description

Ingredients:

1. Garlic;
2. Walnut;
3. Eggplant;
4. Pepper;
5. Coriander;
6. Salt.

Cooking method:

Cut the eggplant lengthwise into evenly sized pieces. Place the eggplant pieces on a baking sheet and put them in the oven to fry.

While the eggplant is frying, let's prepare the filling: mince the walnuts and garlic using a mincer, then sprinkle in spices, salt, and pepper.

Once the eggplant is fried, spread the walnut filling onto the cooked eggplant slices. Roll up the eggplant slices with the filling inside and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
