Description

Sugar – 300g
Cream – 500g
Blackcurrants – 150g
Mascarpone – 500g
Gelatin– 20g
Butter – 80g
Water – 160ml
Margarine – 100g
Vegan mayonnaise – 50g
Baking powder – 10g
Flour – 200g

Mix the cream and sugar together and whisk them until they expand in size. Then, add the blended blackcurrants and mascarpone cheese. In a separate bowl, place the gelatin and pour water over it, letting it sit for 5 minutes. Afterward, add the gelatin mixture to the main mixture.

Dough: Melt the margarine and add 100g of sugar, mayonnaise, and baking powder. Place the dough in the desired baking form. After the dough has rested, take the mixture and place it in the form, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Decorate it with preferred cream or fruit.
