Garlic bread

Description

Recipe ingredients:

1. Flour – 2kg
2. Butter – 250g
3. Salt – 40g
4. Oil – 80ml
5. Sugar – 40g
6. Parsley – 240g
7. Garlic – 50g

Cooking method: Add sugar, salt, yeast to flour and knead the dough. Cut the dough into 350g pieces. In a separate bowl, combine minced garlic and parsley with softened butter. Take 50g of this mixture and place it inside each piece of dough. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
