Unleavened bread

Description

Recipe ingredients:

1. Second grade wheat flour - 2kg
2. Bran – 500g
3. Whole wheat – 40g
4. Yeast – 100g
5. Sesame seeds – 60g
6. Flax seeds – 30g
7. Oil – 125ml
8. Salt – 60g

Cooking method: Combine wheat flour, whole wheat flour, bran, salt and yeast together. Roll the mixture in sesame and flax seeds and shape it according to your preference. Bake the mixture in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
