Sunflower seed bread

Description

Recipe ingredients:

1. ხორბლის II ხარისხის ფქვილი – 2 კგ
2. Sesame seeds – 180g
3. Whole wheat flour – 300g
4. Oil – 20ml
5. Bran – 250g
6. Salt – 20g
7. Sugar – 40g
8. Sunflower kernels – 100g

Cooking method: Add salt, sugar, and yeast to wheat flour, whole wheat flour and bran, knead the mixture and let it rest. Take the resulting mixture in 400g pieces and roll it in sunflower kernels. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
