Hamburger bread

Description

Recipe ingredients:

1. Wheat flour – 1kg
2. Sugar – 80g
3. Salt – 20g
4. Milk – 80ml
5. Sesame seeds – 20ml
6. Margarine – 50g
7. Yeast – 20g
8. 1 egg

Cooking method: Combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast, egg and room temperature milk. Knead the dough and give it the desired shape. Moisten the dough with water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cut the mixture in 100g pieces and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes
